Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all buyers, suppliers, and users of Ghwaish Commerce and forms part of the Terms of Service. It exists to keep the Platform safe, reliable, and usable for genuine procurement work.

Posting, requesting, or offering illegal goods or services, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Offering restricted or regulated goods or services without the required authorization.

Fraud, misrepresentation of your company, identity, products, pricing, or intent to transact.

Bribery, kickbacks, corruption, bid manipulation, collusion, or fraudulent pricing.

Uploading confidential information without authorization to share it.

Violating applicable privacy or data protection laws, including uploading personal data you are not authorized to share.

Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or any other harmful or malicious code.

Scraping, automated data extraction, or bulk harvesting of Platform content or user data without authorization.

Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent account, security, or access controls; probing, scanning, or testing the Platform’s security without written permission; or attempting to obtain another user’s or company’s RFQ, quote, or account data without authorization.

Sharing account credentials, or allowing a person who is not an authorized user of your company to use an account.

Using the Platform to bypass procurement controls or manipulate RFQ outcomes.

Misrepresenting, fabricating, or relying on a Decision Intelligence, Ghwaish NOW, or Tala output to mislead a counterparty about price, availability, or supplier history.

Attempting to manipulate, overload, or abuse an AI-assisted or voice feature, including submitting content designed to make it produce harmful, deceptive, or out-of-scope output.

Impersonating another company, person, or the Ghwaish Commerce team.

Misrepresenting product origin, certification, warranty, or compliance claims.

Violating applicable sanctions, export, or import regulations.

Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.

Sending unsolicited spam or using the Platform for purposes unrelated to genuine procurement activity.

Infringing the intellectual property or confidentiality of another party.

Reverse engineering, copying, reselling, or sublicensing the Platform, or using it to build a competing service.

Interfering with the operation of the Platform or other users’ access to it, including by imposing an unreasonable load on its infrastructure.

Violations of this policy may result in removal of content, warning, suspension, or termination of account access, at our reasonable discretion and in accordance with the Terms of Service, and may be considered during company or user review. Where the law requires, we may report unlawful activity to the competent authorities.
